Terms of Use

You agree to use Propitix lawfully, honestly, and only for legitimate property, investment, partner, or support purposes. You must not misuse the platform, interfere with its security, submit false information, impersonate another person, or attempt to access data or accounts you are not authorised to access.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. Notify Propitix immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Property listings, pricing, payment options, availability, title summaries, location descriptions, images, and related materials are provided for information and transaction facilitation. Availability, pricing, and terms may change before a purchase is accepted or completed.

Propitix may update, withdraw, pause, or correct any listing, offer, allocation, payment plan, or document where necessary to reflect accurate records, compliance requirements, vendor instructions, or operational corrections.

Submitting a purchase request does not by itself complete a purchase or guarantee allocation. A purchase becomes binding only when the required confirmations, payments, approvals, and legal documentation are completed according to the applicable transaction terms.

You agree to provide accurate payment, identity, and contact information. Payment obligations, refunds, administrative fees, allocation rules, default consequences, and transfer timelines may be governed by the specific offer, invoice, contract, or agreement issued for the property.

Partner access is selective and subject to application review, verification, training, compliance checks, performance rules, and ongoing conduct standards. Partner commissions, growthline rewards, referral visibility, and payout eligibility are governed by the active partner policies configured by Propitix.

Partners must represent Propitix accurately, protect buyer information, avoid misleading claims, and use Propitix CRM records as the system of record for referred buyers, leads, claims, commissions, and transactions.

You may be asked to review, complete, approve, or electronically sign documents through Propitix. You agree that electronic submissions, acknowledgements, signatures, audit logs, timestamps, and identity records may be used to evidence actions taken through the platform.

If required information is missing or inaccurate, Propitix may request corrections before documents are treated as complete or fully executed.

We aim to keep Propitix reliable and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Features may be updated, limited, suspended, or removed as the platform evolves.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Propitix is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from platform use, delayed access, third-party services, or reliance on incomplete or outdated information.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of Propitix after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, abuse, security risk, unlawful activity, breach of these terms, failed verification, or conduct that may harm Propitix, users, partners, vendors, or the integrity of the platform.
